By accessing and using megamilesbroker.com and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Canada to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
Our Services
Mega Miles Broker operates as a brokerage service connecting individuals who wish to sell loyalty program points with businesses seeking to purchase them. We do not guarantee the purchase of any points and reserve the right to decline any transaction.
User Obligations
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Own the loyalty points you offer for sale
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Accept responsibility for any violations of loyalty program terms
Risk Acknowledgment
Important: Selling loyalty points may violate the terms and conditions of loyalty programs. While selling points is legal in Canada, loyalty programs may terminate accounts that violate their terms. You accept this risk by using our services.
Limitation of Liability
Mega Miles Broker shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loyalty program account terminations, point forfeitures, or any other consequences of selling loyalty points.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
